Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Store Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service. The successful candidate will have at least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, stock movements, and sales
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Supervise and train store personnel on proper inventory management and customer service practices
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize store profitability and minimize waste
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
